They call you without describing the nature of the call and immediately advise you that you are going into arbitration unless you pay them a debt. The caller advised that I had talked to them before which was untrue and refused to be outright about who he was, who he was representing, and if he was even sure he had contacted the right person.

Phone Number Report: They are calling my number several times a day. They claim to be fing a suit against me for a payday loan that I have never had. They made it sound legit by giving me a date of the loan and what is even the scariest part is that they named my bank and the last four of my checking account t number, saying the funds were directly deposited. I'm worried about how they are getting personal information. I told them the had wrong info laughed then I told them to stop calling or I would take them to court. I also told them if they feel their claim is real, and they want to say they are taking me to court then they say for them to file it through a real court they need my address verified.....SPAM
