I saw an advertisement on TIK TOK for some nice shirts that were very affordable and clicked on the link to browse what they had for sale. Everything was marked down as if they were having a huge sale. I put 10 shirts and 2 jackets in my cart and proceeded to check out. I paid with my debit card, the total was $138.94 and had it shipped to my job. I placed my order on October 26, 2022. On the same day there was also a Miscellaneous Debit POS charge on my card for $1.39 right when the charge for the merchandise was done on my card, so the total amount charged was $140.33. I made an account on the website to be able to keep up with the shipping and tracking information and the status on my account was active for a month, then it finally went to shipped after being active for a month. It still says shipped and when I click on track shipment, it gives me a Tracking number: QSY-96669989994547093 Carrier: Full Speed ??Easy Order ID: CJ00078630. I have emailed the contact us email provided under contact us, and I never receive an email back. I've reached out to them via email 3-4 times. Under the contact us on their website is has a spot towards the bottom where it states the website is owned and operated by Company Name: Bin Estrella GmbH Company Number: 06411000 Address: PallaswiesenstraBe 180, 64293 Darmstadt' Germany. I feel as though the tactics used are advertising really pretty, unique clothing items at low affordable costs to lure you in. I looked them up about a month after I ordered when I noticed I haven't gotten an email back that a lot of people had written reviews about the company saying it took forever to receive their items, some never received the items at all, and others saying it was very well made etc.
