An instagram page with the business address of Royal Wines and Spirits in San Jose claimed to be able to ship liquor after purchase. After messaging the account on instagram, this person requested to chat via telegram in a chat called liquor shop on telegram and has the handle @bourboner1. He goes by “Mike” and asks for money for the liquor, shipping costs and insurance and never provides tracking numbers as promised and no products were ever delivered. He requested payment through Apple Cash to +1 (706) 449-6180 and through the CashApp at user name $Majinmunch.
