I ordered a Graco playard form this company. They confirmed the order, the shipment (July 17th, 2020) and supplied me with a tracking number. I received N-95 masks from China(August 10th, 2020). I e-mailed the company they apologized, reshipped on August 24th, 2020 and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number is no good according to the shipping company. The company is no longer replying to my emails. I did pay for this item. I have a claim filed with my credit union.
