Back in April I came across an ad on Facebook about cbd gummies that sounded like they might help with my chronic pain. They were using the name Natures Only Brands when I ordered but now appear to have changed their name and labeling to Fun Drops or at be least dropped the original name and labeling! The old site is no longer available. I should have known better by how odd their site looked but I was half asleep. They misrepresented the quantity for the price and that they were going to end up charging a monthly autoship membership, which I only discovered after emailing a complaint for the charges my email confirmation showed and to cancel my order- which they didn’t do. They only cancelled “future orders” which I didn’t pick up on of course. I turned down adding 2 bottles of oil on the way to the cart. The check out cart was very vague on the total cost- again my fault for not paying attention. The confirmation email said they were charging $199.99 for the bottles of gummies but they ended up adding the 2 bottles of oil, that I clearly remember saying no to, and had a separate charge of $60 for! Now I’m struggling with my credit card company trying to prove I said no to the oil- still under dispute. The company refuses to allow me to return anything and now doesn’t use the same company name. Basically this appears to be a bait and switch situation. They have many complaints against them through both companies that I could find so use caution when ordering online!! They company can say they provided a product for the charge and you’ll have no way to prove you said no to some products they’re charging for- a separate charge at that! They are difficult to communicate with and talk around in circles.
