I received a Renewal Receipt email for 6 set of Nature Fresh Air Purifiers on June 21, 2023. I called the number (888-712-3095) given if I had any questions. The email looked completely bogus, under the "Payment Successfully Paid" the last four of the credit card had *'s". When I called the given number I was instructed to use my laptop and go to this web address "www.ctrlrn.site" then request a code number which they gave me. After clicking go it sent an executable file "support.client.exe" for me to run. I deleted the file and told the person that I was not starting that file. They argued that it was the only way I could get a refund and I told them that I had checked my accounts and there was no action from their company and I thought they were a "fraud" then they hung up on me. I hope others see this post so they will not fall prey to this scam. I whois the IPN and they are registered with GoDaddy and I will bring this company to their fraud department's attention, too.
