Discovered ad on facebook advertising buy (3)bottles of CBD gummies get (2) free for 39.99 dollars. Package 2-buy (2) bottles get (1) free for 53.33 dollars. Package 3- buy (1) bottle get (1) free for 59.99 dollars. I purchased the first package 3 +2 for 53.33 dollars. I received the 5 bottles with 4 bottles of CBD oil that I did not order. Upon review of my credit card statement I discovered that I was charged 199 dollars and a second charge of 60 dollars from Fun Drops CBD. I went back to see if I missed some fine print, which h it was not in the fine print at the bottom of the page. I clicked on the highlighted link "terms and conditions". I found the different prices of the items, that were not in the advertising, regarding the 199 dollars for five bottles and 60 dollars for CBD oil ( which I did not order and was sent and charged for). I contacted Natures Only Brand and the guy insisted that the pricing was clear in the ad, although I read every word of the ad back to him as it was written, and he continued to insist that the pricing was there. Finally he offered me a partial refund of 130 dollars now, and the remaining balance once I send the product back to Natures Only. But this was after an hour long conversation and a threat to report Natures Only to the Better Business Bureau.
