When I called to order this product, I asked if it is made in China. The representative said “ No, it’s made in Japan.” When the product arrived, it said Made in China. When I called to complain about being lied to, I asked to speak to a manager, the person I spoke to said I had to tell her what my complaint was before I could speak to a manager and she lied and said she was a manager. She was not and when I told her I wanted to speak to a manager she said she had no way of transferring my call to a manager. After I got irate, she hung up on me. I called back, asked if I was speaking to a manager the girl said no, took my information and a manager called me back. When I spoke to her, she eventually told me to wash the packages, wash my hands and don’t touch my face!!! Never once did they offer me to send the product back and they would refund my $189.00 including shipping. They are scammers and lier’s!!!
