It was for a Trial of 14 days $4.95 and $2.95 for eye cream. The day after I ordered this I was in an accident that put me on complete bed rest for 6 weeks after receiving the 2 trial sizes I called the number listed and and advised them That I wanted to cancel the trial. I had no way of knowing that Natural Ceramides would charge me $99.74, and Hydrox??? was charging me $89.74 what happen to the 14 day trial, in which I cancelled. I received my bank statement and called 855-204-7831.................Nothing but very fast talking women, who do not speak good english and talk a mile a minute. good bye hang up. That was the routine with all 3 reps I got. They refuse to give you a supervisor, hang up. This is terrible that these companies are allowed to do this. I hope Ms Brinkley finds out what this company is doing to her good Name.

I was offered a product (1 jar of face cream) with promotion price of $4.95 as part of an amazon.com purchase and was charged this amount on my credit card. I received the jar of face cream. The next month I was charged $94.74 by the same company. I did not agree to this, nor did I agree to any other further charges or products. I called the company to complain on 1/9/16 after receiving my credit card bill and asked to reverse the $94.74 charge. The company representative refused and hung up on me. They did not take further calls.
