Person did not identify himself; claimed to be a process server looking for "Name". Said he had sealed court document to deliver to me. I asked what they were regarding and he said he was not able to say because they were sealed and that I should have received a 30-day notice. I said I hadn't received anything and he then stated that i need to call 855-467-6478 IMMEDIATELY to request they release the lock on my documents. I again asked him what this was about; a lawsuit? He said this is for "First Name Last Name" "Social Security Number XXXX" and birthdate "XXXX" He had all of my information. Before he hung up he said "in order to stop this I needed to call the 855 number TODAY. My friend contacted the 855 number to find out more information and the person that answered was rude, told her that " I should know what this was about." She claimed she was HR Mediation and Arbitration and when my friend explained we were trying to assess if this was a scam the lady said "Good luck with that" and hung up on her.

Cold call to my place of work using public domain information. Informed me I owed a bank $5000 and there was a lawsuit out for paying this debt. Very aggressive, very rude - will ask for last 4 of social security number.
