After multiple preliminary phone calls I ordered "The Kelly" black granite gravestone from Nikki Young over the phone on 10/23/2020. The down payment was $3600. paid in two credit card installments of $1800. ea. on 10/23/2020and 10/26/2020. Nikki emailed me a receipt on 10/23/2020 for the first $1800. and said it had to be ordered and would not arrive until April or May 2021. After the six month period, on 5/3/2021, I emailed her for the status and did not receive a reply. I then called two of their phone numbers and they were no longer in service. There were several articles on the internet that said they may have gone bankrupt and that the owner was possible in jail. I then contacted my bank who may look into it but since it is older than 6 months they will probably do nothing. I would prefer to have the $3600. returned but would also accept the headstone in good condition.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! THE OWNER JEREMY ANDERSON IS IN PRISON FOR SEXUAL CRIMES! THAT SHOULD YOU TELL YOU ENOUGH AND WARN YOU TO RUN AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PRODUCTS BUT SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY UPFRONT WITH NO PRODUCT! DO NOT BE A VICTIM TO THIS CRIME!

I purchased a memorial bench for a little over 1700.00. I am unable to get a hold of anyone from the company at this time. I called numerous times and it goes to a full voice mailbox. I heard the owner is in prison. However the company should have someone in charge and not leave customers without their purchase. No email no response back and my money has been taken. I don't even know if I will get it back.

bought and paid for head stone august 18th now they have been on news the owner is in prison for assalt on a minor still do not have head stone and bank wont give me my money back either 2600 dollars gone
