A lady named Marsha from Nationwide Collections want me to send her 279.00 dollars. She said I bought garbage bags from the handicap in 2013 and never payed them. I would not rip off the handicap If I dont send the money I will owe 479.00 dollars. I hate to send someone money but I cant remember if I bought them
