Did not receive orders in September 2021.

I placed an order to national lovely in early September 2021. I communicated via email on September 27, 2021, where a response from support.nationallovely.com assured me that shipping was delayed because of COVID-19. I continue to communicate with them, a minimum, a monthly basis. I retained the email string which gave me excuses for not receiving my shipment, a promise to resend, a tracking number that expired without a new tracking number provided. I paid via PayPal and have submitted a report and request for a refund from them.
I have pictures of my original order, and can forward the email string if you need it. Although I see my $105 as a loss, I want this company and all there affiliation/aliases to stop scamming and taking peoples money. I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite their inappropriate responses telling me to be patient. Enough is enough they need to stop and be accountable for all the money they have stolen from multitudes of customers. Jocelyn Delgado.
