The calls came all day long leaving an automated message explaining I had been choosen to receive a $9000.00 grant and left a number to call to get information how to receive it. I called the number and gave no personal information. The person I talked to was not american. He proceeded to give me a confirmation number with a different number to call to obtain the money. 347-709-9259 was the number I called and the person on the line was not american-"Adam Foster - 0071" he tells me all I have to do is go to western union and purchase an application which is $200.00 and I will receive the money within 10 mins. Instead of sending the money I research it on this site.

I got a call from a man with an Indonesian accent with a very american name on Thanksgiving, he said he was from the Treasury Dept and when I asked what the call was about, he hung up.

Got a call from a woman who said she was from the National Treasury Department and I was selected to get an 8000.00 grant. I was asked to wire funds of 200.00 to the person and asked for my bank account number so they could deposit the grant money to my account. O do not send the money I called ScamPulse.com and was informed that this is a type of scam.
