I have been dealing with this agency for 5 months when they first called saying they found me from another talent company I worked with. It started with a payment of $80 after I built more of a connection and knew it was scam-like but they had explained it was only for this exclusive event (NY Fashion Week). I paid it because I wanted the opportunity, then when I told them I needed my refund because I no longer wanted to do it, everything went hay-wire. They made me pay multiple authorization "fees" just to get my refund; I sank deeper and deeper into it not because I trusted them, but because I felt I had I already messed up and had no other way out....eventually they took my whole account, guaranteeing everything, the 6,000 would get to me. But it became 6,000 in the first place from 80 because of fees. Fees because of "large amount" to refund, that they caused anyway. I suffered a long time until I went to Chase about it, but I wasnt able to recover all my money lost. Now, they still have the audacity to blame me and tell me it's my problem I don't want to follow instructions when I shouldn't have to pay money to get my own money back. This is my email to them after having no money for 4 months, and that's their response. No compassion or seriousness. A "new refund system" and when I contacted them like they said, it was just to tell me I had to pay the small fee again to finally get it done. But they've said that several times to me. It's never over. Still, today, from the number I reported in here, after everything, they still made me pay $80 fee, saying it's "Paypal" instructions. After I explained I will not send more money and actually cant because I have a negative balance and am poor, they still pressed on me to figure out how to atleast get 15 or lose my refund. They've been disrespectful to me. Telling me Im stubborn and stupid. That their time is "diamond" A lot of nonsense I'm just through with. These people ruined my life, and still they don't get that or care for it. Please do ANYTHING. They even sent a fake email pretending to be PayPal Refund. This is my fault for being dumb and listening and trusting them of course. But I dont want them to hurt anyone else. I still don't know how I'll fully recover. The very least they could do is give me back my hundreds of dollars lost.
