This company was advertising on facebook and instagram regarding the student loan forgiveness program, so I began correspondence with the company in hopes of being one of those individuals that would have their student loan forgiven. I was told over the phone by Misty Mojarro that I would have to pay initially a charge of $500.00 on and a monthly fee of $28.50 after that during the covid pandemic I received letters from FAFSA stating that all federal loan payments where halted and no payments where needed, But during that time National Student Services kept demanding payments, and using scare tactics to intimidate me to pay. I found it alarming that only one person answered the phones, email and handled collection and it was Misty M. I have tried several times to have them stop charging my card and debting my account.
