Uggggg!!! Called this company thinking I was getting ahold of Navient. Was told I would have a zero payment for 12 months but had to pay a loan in default of $800. Gave them an inital payment of $266....plus info into my FAFSA. I'm such an [censored] and am so mad that Google had this attached to a search for Navient. I am now in the process of trying to make sure they don't steal my identity. STAY AWAY!!!

I contacted the company to get some information about Student Loan Forgiveness. Then they mention a fee upfront for $599.00 and then my remainder of payments were going to be 149.and some change. I knew then they were a fraudulent company. So I hung up and then they called me wanting me to verify my Social Security number. When I told them I wasn't interested they just hung up on me. I have since went to the bank and changed my bank card and done what i needed to do to protect myself.

This company really prayed on my weakness, I am currently unemployed and don't want my student loans to go into default. I was looking for Nelnet and I wasn't paying attention to the number I dialed, and this company hacked into my FSA and also asked personal information. They tried to get me to pay $499 for an application fee and I almost did with how cunning these people were. I am now afraid that my identity will be stolen and have to go through even more work to protect my credit. Wish Google wouldn't put up adds that looked like the company you were trying to contact....
