This was emailed to me as a linked in based job opportunity. It was sent as an application, but didn’t request any detailed personal information so I thought I’d look into it as additional income. After submitting the application I didn’t hear anything for several days, until today. I got a notification that my first assignment had been sent to my home address. I had no doubt it was s scam as soon as I opened it. It was a letter and a check written to me in the amount of $2340.00 . A picture of the letter can be seen below with the instructions.
