Says court charges will be filed for receiving stolen property theft by deception for a loan received in 2010. I never took out a loan because I was a stay at home mom in 2010. They want me to verify my social but they have last 4. It is not on my credit report

Said I owed 630$ for a loan I received in 2010. Said they were going to file charges for theft by deception and receiving stolen property if I did not pay. She wanted me to verify my social security number she has the last 4 of social.
