I have received several calls from national recovery agency (NRA LLC) regarding a false debt. They have not only called my personal phone but also my family members as well. After speaking with them and asking for supporting documentation of their debt acusation they refused to provide any paper documentation and at first they claimed it was a debt from a Credit Card from 2012 and provided a previous home address. After I explained to them that I was not living at that address at that time and had no credit card with that company they changed their story and said it was for a Loan. I asked for paper documentation proving that I had requested this and they said they had previously sent to the old address which is false because I moved out from that address in 2007 and no loan was ever requested. I then asked them to mail me the information to my current address and the rep refused to saying she couldn't because she had already sent it to the old address. I said ok, but I can provide you my current address because I need proof and said it was done online so there was no papers. I told her that there is always paper work. If there wasn't then what were they sending supposedly to the old address, she quickly changed the subject and said there was nothing she could mail me. I check my free credit government report and nothing shows up and then checked credit score and nothing reflects any loan. I called Capital One who they said was who they bought the debt from, they had no record of a loan EVER. After explaining this to them they still continue to call and threat to collect money from me. I just want to report them. Don't give them any info and def. not your bank info.
