I was initially contacted by phone by National Reader Service about some magazines that I supposedly ordered but hadn't paid for. They told me I still owed over $500. After I told them just to cancel all of that, they told me that there was no way that I could cancel- that I was under contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on ETERNAL hold and never got to speak to anyone. I've NEVER received any statement in the mail (as promised) until I received a collection letter from Interstate Recovery Service. This is a scam! They want money for a product that I do not want!
