They keep sending letters stating I've won millions of dollars and all I have to do is send a processing fee of different amounts of money. I've sent money twice and haven't received any money just 2 or 3 letters and day. They don't have an email address or phone number am I being scamed.

I received letter indicating I had won prize. I needed to send $19.95 to NPR to received further information.

Consumer received a letter in the mail claiming that she won $1,800,000.00. In order to receive the money, the consumer would need to pay $19.95.

The scammer sent a letter claiming that my grandfather had won $1,800,000.00. In order to receive the prize, he would need to send a payment of $19.95 in an enclosed envelope with the return address of P.O BOX 570420 Whitestone, NY 11357.

Consumer received a letter in the mail. Documents were sent stating the victim won $18,000, victim had to pay $19.95 to receive winnings. "Make checks payable MPR"
