They called saying they had a judgement against my husband, gave a case number and the last 4 of his social security numbers. They stated an "old" credit card that was charged off, an amount that we needed to pay and they were calling to collect the outstanding debt. I told them they needed to send us the information in the mail and a copy of the judgement order. She proceeded to talk over me and tried to bully me into paying the "outstanding" debt. I told her they could only contact us through the US Mail and could no longer call our home number. She has of this moment, called our home telephone number 12 times (documented) within the last 8 minutes.
