On November 11, 2021 I purchased 3 identical figurines (By My Side, Sculpted Hand-Painted Figurines) which I saw advertised numerous times on Facebook by Nationallovely.com. This was the first time I had ordered anything from a social media. The ad stated it was made in U.S.A. which according to the receipt I received, was not true. I have contacted them, and they said that since my order had arrived in the U.S. they are unable to track it and they are unable to refund my money. They told me to be patient and I should have my order within a week. It is now a month later and it has not arrived. It has been over 3 months since I placed my order. The company is supposed to have been Nationallovely.com but my receipt says: You paid $105.58 USD to Xuchang Danchen Trading Co., Ltd
