Consumer has entered some sweepstakes, and a lottery rep with heavy accent call to advised that consumer won $500,000. The lottery rep transferred the call to a Jennifer Brooks, National lottery rep, whose accent was more understandable and was able to advise consumer of the fee. Insurance fee of $853 to cover the transfer of winnings from Philippines to Augusta, GA. Advised consumer not to tell anyone of transaction, gave # of Attorney, Tim Shepherd and advised that he was handling legal end.

Wire was to be sent to Chrisel Bania - Manila, Philippines (Western Union)
