I was called on 11/1/2017 from the National Litigation Group saying I owe a loan for a company they say I owe. I looked up that company named and found out a class action suit was against them in the State of Michigan and the company went out of business in September of 2013. They said I got a loan in 10/14/2011 working with a company that I was laid off from in 2009. Said that I can settle out of court or be in front of a Judge to dispute the claim. The ladies I spoke with are Natalie and Kayla, no last names. I googled their company name and it came up as National Litigation Law Group - which I called that company - which has had numerous complaints about National Litigation Group. The National Litigation Law Group took my name and number to put on their list with others who have complained about this company to put in a report with the BBB.

They call claiming they have filed litigation against you for malicious intent to defraud a company that does payday loans. To stop the litigation they claim you can make a payment to them right then and they'll withdraw.
