Mario said he wanted to purchase my home but he would never answer calls from my lawyer or the house inspection man or me as well I feel like I have been tried to be frauded I think the only thing that saved me and my home is getting a lawyer involved

Tammy, we made you a cash offer and after the market continued to decline we opted not to close. I do apologize that we couldn't make the numbers work but to lie and say we defrauded you is a dangerous accusation. We have the ability to back out during the due diligence process.

Our tenants needed a few months to get a medical bill paid off and as soon as they did our home sold without having to pay a realtor. We were paid before the 5th of the month and we became good friends with out buyer.

ummm I have a rent to own home with these guys and the rent goes to the homeowner every month not to NLP. And they come in to inspect the home every month, I don't really care because I live clean. And this drug dealer guy is not the man I signed my paperwork with. People are stupid.

He breached his contract by never screening tenant. If he had he would see he had been evicted before and had a judgement on him. He never inspected my property for 16 months even though I kept asking. The tenant paid his rent but made alterations and repairs without my knowledge. Had a dog and another person living there unauthorized and trashed my lawn and the outside had 6 vehicles and old appliances on it. Trash and junk everywhere. When I arranged to do my own inspection , tenant had changed the locks and called the police. Mario said he was processing paperwork to evict but he never did. Now that court hearing is Sept 20th he says tenant wants to buy it . Tenant told me he can’t until his divorce and Mario asked him to get prequalified but no proof of that .Mario is a bull[censored] artist, smooth talking com man . Look at BBB reviews for Orange Box project as he has had three lease companies. Changes the name when in a lawsuit. Now he is managing director of National Lease

Donna Morrison is trying to evict a tenant that's done nothing wrong. She's using photos from before he moved in. We have done 5 inspections of the home and its in very good shape. The tenant wants to buy the home and has been trying for 3 months but Donna doesn't want to sell because the price came up $20,000! Our company has no affiliation with any other business. There are no court dates, she can't evict him bc he's paid on time and only wants to buy. Donna Morrison is a horrible person.

A simple search of "Mario Garcia scam" on google will show you his history of scamming investors and tenant buyers. He is a convicted drug dealer. See below:

Beware of these fake amazing reviews - The owner is a convicted criminal

This is not the owner of our company, nor do we have any affiliation with any other rent to own company. Anyone that has been to our offices and met with our team will know immediately that this the case. Our owner is about 20 years older than the person in this photo. I can only assume this is a posting from someone that was denied a property from us for whatever reason. There is a stigma that rent to own is for everyone and that's simply not the case. We say no to most buyers if they aren't close to being able to buy the house they want to lease purchase.

Mario Garcia with National Lease Purchase is a scammer. He prepares a lease option to buy contracts. He has buyer signs and if lender doesn't sign he will not return your funds. He lies and says that he only has half when you have already wired everything. He keeps all the money and you don't get keys or anything back. He lies by saying that he gave money to owner of the property. He doesn't realize the harm that he is doing. He is so selfish and dishonest. I hope he gets what he deserves

Hi Eula (name featured on this message). I work for National Lease Purchase and I'm happy to try and figure out what happened in your situation. It sounds like the lender didn't approve your contract is that correct? When you go to purchase a home the earnest money you pay is typically nonrefundable. This is true is most buying situations. If the owner refuses to refund the money, there are a few options we may have. I did research internally the name on this post and we didn't have any contracts for you but that could just mean you're using a name for online purposes. Please contact our office and I can help you. Again it's not a scam to lose earnest money and I know that stinks and I will try to help you where I can.

Will not do any virtual showings and I not answer questions besides responding we don’t want to work with you when I asked why they can’t accolade and that the property wasn’t listed for rent or sale. Mario said the property needs to be seen in person.
I feel unsafe he won’t show me virtually first to see if I am truely interested in a home.

He called me mental and refuses to work with me as I’m not the type of person he wants to work with. Strange… after the entire conversation there are red flags about him and the company makes it feel he kid a sexual predator wanting to meet women in person to “view homes in person due to the extent of the damages to the home”

Don’t send anyone their way they are a scam and sounds like they are sex traffickers and rapists waiting for their prey especially Mario!

This company claims to help put renters into your investment property as a lease purchase. 2 Year lease with the tenant purchasing the house at the end of 2 years. Mario Garcia is who I dealt with. On the website it lists him as the managing Director. He took the renters rent and never paid me. Now he won't return calls. Very deceptive business. Also, their website front page lists "As seen on ABC, FOX, NBC." False advertising....they couldn't give me any relevant data that shows this company has been on those broadcasts.
