A "friend" messaged me on Facebook messenger and said she received $100,000 from a "grant" she qualified for and she only had to pay a "delivery fee". She sent me a link to a man on messenger who claimed to work for the National Institute of Health (which is a real thing). He asked my name then said he checked my profile and I qualified for an $84,000 grant. He said I needed to fill out the "delivery form" and pay a one time delivery fee of $1050 (half up front and half when my money was delivered). He wanted me to pay it in "e-bay cards". Now I'm on the ScamPulse.com website reporting them!!
