I received a phone call from Carlos White a grant manager from National Institute of Health Department and he told me that I had been chosen to receive a grant for $14,566. He told me that in order to activate the grant card I needed to pay $400 with my bank account, credit card or a prepaid card. I did not provide any of my account information and did not go out and purchase a prepaid card but I told him I would get the prepaid card from Walmart immediately like he asked and he said he would call me back for the information.
