They called me and said that I was qualified for 14566 from the government. Money that I don't have to pay back or that I have to give them any money. Then they stated in order for me to receive this money I had to go to Wal-Mart and get a Apple registration card and I had to register my information I had to load 400 dollars on the card. They said that my money would stay on the apple registration card the entire time. They actually got over me and took my money and I didn't receive anything. The government should do something about people that does these scams messing up people life and credit.

I have received multiple calls from this phone number. Every time it is someone with a thick Indian or Bangladeshi accent who knows some of my name, my email , my telephone number and my mailing address. This time he called himself Mike. He said he had many supervisors when I asked for one. He said this supervisor's name was Richard Johnson and could be reached at 240-362-9058. I did not try this number. "Mike" requested my credit card number in exchange for $14000 grant. He was clearly reading a script. I said I did not want it and to take me off the list. He said to me that he would NEVER take me off the list. I said it was the law and that he wasn't in the US. He kept calling me MRS instead of MS. After he refused to take me off the list I ask him to connect me to a supervisor. Again he said he had many and that this one was at Meryl Lynch. I continued to tell him to just send me a check since he has my information. He then refused because the law would not allow it. I then read him what it said on the NIH website about scammers and being asked to give my information over the phone (https://nexus.od.nih.gov/all/2016/06/29/why-did-i-receive-a-phone-call-saying-t... He said it was a lie. Eventually I just kept saying shame on him for lying and working for scammer and I hoped he would never receive a visa to the US. At that point he hung up. Why can we not shut down this company???

Caller named "Paul Smith" informed me that I was granted an award of $14,566 by the govt. I had to first buy a pre-paid card at Walgreen's or Walmart for $350 and then they'd put the award money on that card for me. I didn't fall for their ploy.
