I was contacted by a licensed broker for health and dental benefits where he stated to me I would have a certain amount of coverage with 50 dollar copay upon contacting the company it’s self I was told that I did not have that option I had 275 dollars deducted from my account all at once and now they are telling me I have to jump through hurdles to receive my entire refund strictly a scam
