we r 4000.00 down the drain because of this new York project ppl they took a major case for my brother and had us give 3000.00 up front and the rest in payment of 500.00 a month I would call and talk to a jessica Lewis or a cindy Johnson ..and I would go weeks with out hearing from then so I would call and it was either a voicemail or she will call me bk time pasted and I would call and talk to jessica lewis and she told me they found a lawyer close to my area and that they r still working on the case so I got ahold of the lawyer her name was marquette green and when I talked to here she said she was assigned to the case but didnot know anything about it she could not even tell me my brothers name !! so I began to call every other day and all I was told from jessica was the lawyer will contact u when I would call the lawyer all I was told was u need to talk to jessica they both were giving me the run around so by this time a pdr was to be filed It was to be filed Dec 8 2017 I got a email from jessica on Dec 13 saying the pdr was filled today and she waz just waiting for a response. .so I just thought I would call up to Austin ans c what was going on when I contacted them they told me nother had ever been filled for my brother and that his dead line was up and his case was closed for not filling a pdr!!! so I contacted jessica and all she said was I did file it I dk what's going on so I contacted the lawyer and told her and all she told me was idk what to tell u I have not been paid to take ur brothers case so I can't do anything on it till I get paid ..I told herr we have paid them 4000.00 already and she just told me well I have not been paid u need to get in contact with jessica so I was calling day after day and she would not answer so I send emails after emails and still till this day I have not heard anything back or have not gotten my money back that they took for somthing they didnot do so now thanks to this company I brother is still locked up and is seeing 20 years

Contacted company about appeal and pending charges said they would take care for 4500 withdraw 3000 no one showed up in court said waiting on DA I spoke with DA she never heard from them stopped payment on last 1500 discovered website with complaints

I contacted the National Freedom Project for help to file an appeal for an incarcerated relative. They took $6000 and provided absolutely no assistance. I called, emailed, faxed and sent certified mail to try to get my money back and have had absolutely no response. My letters were returned. Something needs to be done to this so called company that is saying that "they will always do their best to get you the legal representation you deserve." They need to get what they deserve by being shut down and thrown in jail themselves!!

My name is Lisa on Dec 2nd I started looking online for a lawyer and came across this agency I called and spoke to Joshua Chitty who have me false info. He informed me once I paid my money and signed a retainer they will send info to the courts letting the courts know that they will be representing my son. After my monies was paid nothing has happened I called everyday all day only time my son spoke to Justin Rose my son called from the jail bcus he thought this was a fraud we were never contacted by a lawyer the paralegal Jessica Lewis never would call me I would always call her if she called me she only returned a call bcus she was tired of me calling. On a daily basis they assured me that someone will be there for my son's court date on Dec 19 the day before Jessica finally told me no one would be there. If no lawyer was provided my money was never returned my son has another court date man 2nd and still no lawyer. I ask for my money back no one wants to address that and the paralegal who suppose to be handling his case is out of the office til after the a New year she went on vacation without providing a lawyer once again. I called the office today and they refuse to talk. Please do not use this company their scammers and I will fight to get all my money back.
