My friend told me last night that she received a phone call from 513-373-4689 with National Endowment for Community Financial Assistance. She said she asked me did I get my money, and she said that she had won $18,000 from National Endowment for Community Financial Assistance. She gave me the number, no answer, she said text them, and I texted them and that's when they got back with me. We texted back and forth and was asking for information, I put my information in this morning. I got back with him this morning, and that's when he said I had won $23,000 and put in little print it said $18,000 and said I had to send in shipping fee.
