Recieved a call from National Disability agent stated affiliated with Social Security Administration and received my info from them. Also stated SSA provided my medical records. Went to their website which clearly states NOT affiliated with SSA. they provided the 2nd website which again stated NOT affiliated with SSA. When i asked about my medical records the agent stated someone from another department reviews my medical records. I never gave permission for my records to be reviewed or obtained. This company misrepresents their affiliation with SSA.
