Called this company to look into student loan forgiveness for my attendance at an Art Institute campus. After spending an hour on the phone I was told they needed six payments of $250 starting that day. I refused to pay that for work I had no proof they would actually do. For the past few months now I’ve received almost daily phone calls,texts, and emails from this company. When I’ve asked to be removed from their contact list I was literally bullied about my inquiry into them in the first place and told I needed them to get me out of default on my loan, which isn’t even the case. I’m not in default whatsoever, these people are awful!
