This company offers to handle student loans (department of education) but does not keep their customers informed. They spoof their phone numbers so the caller ID appears as the client, call in as their customer to the student loan companies and give fraudulent information regarding their customers financials therefore placing their clients in non-qualifying payments, then proceed to collect payment from their clients for services that are free through the Department of Education. They e-sign as their clients into binding contracts without allowing their clients to see the details of the arrangements and therefore cannot attest to the information being true and correct just so they can continue to collect their fees.
