National Dealer Services Reports & Reviews (66)

- Sulphur, LA, USA

This is one of many numbers that call my phone daily telling me my car warranty has ended and trying to put me on the phone with a "specialist" to extend my car warranty, but have no idea what my name even is. Also, my car is in fact still under warranty. Big red flag. They use a different number every time and refuse to stop calling me.

I continue to receive calls from people who claim to be representatives of "National Dealer Services" requesting information about my car warranty. The initial recording stated that my warranty was about to expire and that if I did not renew it - I would be left without auto insurance.

When I ask them to provide the information that they have on file for my confirmation (because I know this is a scam and I am calling their bluff) - they hang up.

I received a call on Wednesday January 8, 2020 @ 11:15 am from a phone number - (347) 562-2258. The representative stated that her name was Gayle, and when I asked her to provide the information for my confirmation, she hung up immediately and without dispute.

I get several scam calls a day, almost every day. Many of them identify themselves as "National Dealer Services". Today I talked to Michael. When I told him that we'd wrecked the vehicle they were calling about and that we don't have anything between the model years 2008 and 2019, he said, "Merry Christmas. Goodbye" and hung up. Usually they hang up without saying anything. Asking them to take me off their list does nothing, so I thought I'd just tell them that I don't have a vehicle they're interested in covering. That doesn't seem to work either.

I am receiving unsolicited calls regarding auto warranties for months. The phone numbers were numbers from a near by city. Yesterday I received 6 calls. I have been just hanging up when they would call, but this morning I went along with the solicitation to see if I could get to a real person. When I got to a real person I asked them to remove my name from the call list. I was hung up on. 18 minutes later I received another call. I decided to call the number back. It was a regular person's cell number, she is a school teacher, another was a student in college, another was a girl named Jessica. I told them that a company named National Dealer Services was using there cell numbers to solicit customers. The teacher said her husband is a police officer and would talk to him about it. The other two are going to contact the cell service providers.

I keep receiving spam calls from a "National Dealer Services". I read a brief summary of their profile on the ScamPulse.com national website. Thought other people would be interested to know that the company is spoofing phone numbers. Strictly speaking, this constitutes fraud. They are using deception (pretending to be someone they are not) for the purpose of attempting to get consumers to part with something of value (money, in this case). What prompted this alert though, is the particular number they used this time. It popped on the caller ID here as US POSTAL SERVICE. I'm pretty sure the USPS would have a big problem with that. I understand that there is no current valid contact information on this outfit. I HATE spam calls, and especially so when they rig them to look like phone numbers that actually belong to innocent third parties. Next time, I'll write the number down, but I don't know if that will help, given that the numbers are never ones that actually belong to them. I tried politely to get a contact number, and received a hang-up instead.

- Bellmawr, NJ, USA

calls me constantly about an extended warranty on my car.

- Edmond, OK, USA

Scammer called my cell phone about my car's extended warranty (which I don't have). I pushed 1 to be directed to a representative, and while I was waiting, the automated message said they were highly rated by the BBB. When a representative got on the phone, I asked again for the name of the business, she provided the same, then hung up on me.

- Houston, TX, USA

Receiving phone calls on my personal cell and my work cell asking about my vehicle's warranty expiring. I actually got to speak to a person finally and asked them who they were working for and she said National Dealer Services. Then I ask for her name and location and she said she can't give me that information. I replied that she asked me for my vehicle information so I would like to know who I am speaking with and where they are calling me from. She then said have a nice day and hung up immediately. I am sick of these phone calls. I have a brand new vehicle with an extended warranty up to 72 months. No need to be wasting my time with this scam.

I have had so many calls from this company about my "extended car warrenty" I get multiple calls per day. There is a selection on the prompt to be added to the Do not call list. However, they have continued to call for months if not years after I have made this selection. They call from phone numbers that are located all over the country.

Most recently, I have waited through the prompts so that I can speak to someone. I have asked several individuals to stop calling me and that I have requested to be removed from their list several times. I am still getting harrasing phone calls regularly. When will it ever end???? Please help!

They just asked if I wanted to purchave an extended warrenty on my vehicle. That I needed to verify the make and model. They also gave you an option to be placed on the do not call list but that doesn’t matter since they call from a different number every time.

- Carpentersville, IL, USA

I was put on the do not call list and they call me about 10 times a day everyday. I tried to talk to the lady on the line today about why I am still getting calls she said “bitch I don’t know” and hung up. I’m not sure what they are even trying to get but a respectable business would not excessively call me everyday !!!!

- Madras, OR, USA

I receive many phone calls from these people trying to sell me a warranty for a car. I played with the buttons and it took me to a hold to speak to someone in person. They say they're approved by the BBB. As soon as someone answered I tried telling them not to call me and she hung up before I could finish a sentence.

- Aledo, TX, USA

I get up to five calls a day from a phone number which appears to be from my hometown, which is a red flag because it is a very small town. They tell me my car warranty is about to expire which is a falsehood because I have no warranty as my car is very dated. If I begin asking any questions about their business and/or employer I am met with a quick hang up or brief hostility then I am hung up on.

- Norman, OK, USA

National Dealer Services will not stop calling my phone. I have pressed the automated number to be removed from their call list on multiple occasions only to be called repeatedly. I have pressed to speak with a customer service representative in person and have requested to be placed on their do not call list repeatedly. They simply hang up when I say to be removed.

- Lake Dallas, TX, USA

An automated message will tell you your vehicle may qualify for an extended warranty and that they've been trying to contact you. It states this is the last offer/call and asks if you want to talk to a rep or be taken off the list. If you choose to be taken off the list it automatically disconnects. You are NEVER taken off the "list". If you choose to speak with a representative the rep cannot tell you anything about the vehicle that "may qualify for an extended warranty" without first taking your information. I asked if they could verify which vehicle would qualify and if he could use my phone number to look up my information. He said he could not and that although he had my phone number and the automated-dialer CALLED ME he couldn't tell me which car the "extended warranty" would apply to. As I continued to ask additional questions the rep hung up on me.

THIS IS CLEARLY A PHISHING SCAM. Do not give these people any of your information. ScamPulse.com PLEASE REPORT THIS to the appropriate authorities because these people are scamming!

Called asking me the make and model of vehicle. When ask for a phone number, the man said it was on caller id. When I told him there was no caller id and I would like the number, he said he was quality control and he needed my auto info to see if I qualified before I could get any other information.

I asked several times for his number before he hung up on me.

- Savannah, GA, USA

Numerous soliciting of a car warranty. They say your warranty is about to expire and that this is the final notice. They try to get your card information to make you pay for a fake car warranty plan.

- Bath, MI, USA

multiple phone calls. I asked to be removed several times and I was hung up on. getting several calls a day

I've received multiple calls from National Dealer Services. I've asked to be put on their do not contact list. Now they call from multiple different numbers and cuss, swear and use racial slurs.

- Fruita, CO, USA

These people call 3 to 5 times a day, when you block their number it cycles to a different "from" number. When you challenge them, they hang up on you.
