Received phone call from National Claims Bureau. A man named Richard Miller said he was with Natl Claims Bureau and was investigating a prize claim that was almost in forfeiture. After a couple of days he said he would try to work it out so I didn’t have to pay as much tax on my winnings. I told him I had no money to pay for any of it and he quit calling me. He had even given me a claim number.
