wont quit calling even though ive said take me off this list every time they call.

I got a call stating they are from the mentioned charity. They claim to be trying to pass legislation to help breast cancer patients. And asked when I send you an envelope to send in a donation, can we count on you. My phone alerted me "likely scam". and when I called them on it, they didn't argue the point. I googled the name and there is no such charity I can see.
