A man named James Carroll called from National Auto Claims 800-403-4428 informing the consumer that their car warranty was not up to date with KIA Motors and did not provide full coverage. The consumer was pressured to provide Credit Card to be charged $3000 for a new warranty and it had to be done same day only.
