This company claims to have the ability to work with your lender to reduce the principal amount of your mortgage/and or reduce the monthly payment for a fee. I sent them over $3500 for their assistance with my mortgage (three payments of over $1100) and after the last payment, I received no more weekly phone calls, nor did my mortgage company have any knowledge of them trying to work on my mortgage.

So, in short, they deposited my check into a Quail Creek Bank of Arkansas and no one at the Real company has any idea of who they are.
