Persons are inboxing people saying that is if for a humanitarian financial assistance program that helps the less privilege people to be able to pay bills, buy homes, start business, etc. It says that the trade is all electronic giftcard to bitcoin to help people. so basically if you get a 100 egift card it will be converted to 1500, 200 to 2400, 300 to 3500, and so on and so forth. He also sends "messages" from other people to show the "legitimacy" I did not get caught up in it but thought id bring to the fore front to stop other people from being scammed
