I purchased a fire pit from this company and after about a week later I didn't receive the item so I tried to call the company and the number they gave me was not a working number. Then I went to the web site to get more information to contact them and the web site was down. They gave me a tracking number for my package that was supposed to be delivered the very next day but I never got that. Upon further research the package that was (supposed) sent was only 1.6 lbs. and the fire pit ordered was 38 lbs. I paid for this using PayPal and they would not refund my money because they said the company sent the package out and I (supposed) received it.
