I bought 1263 boxable shares on 12/28/23. After more than a month of waiting, the seller has not yet released his shares on his end and no official document with a medallion stamps from the seller’s bank proves that the transfer is successful showing both of our names on it. I have contacted the seller through Facebook

conversation, it has his name and he also mentioned he will refund me, but after that seller no longer response. As the invoice terms and conditions showed, upon payment, I will be the official owner of those shares, but no documentation has been received and refund has not been received either.
