I made the purchase of a product and the payment was through Zelle. As soon as I made the deposit I sent an email with the proof to the email of the person I deposited the money and the person replied saying that he had nothing to do with it and I needed to contact the website. So after that I went to the website to put all the information and the deposit confirmation number to complete the transaction, so I received an email from this website giving me 5 days to send me the tracking number. Today it’s been 10 days that my payment was processed and they still haven't sent me any tracking number. I’m emailed them a lot and all the answers I had was: “we will send ur tracking number soon”. After this this product I bought shows as out of stock, they blocked my access to the site and nothing so far!!!! I already opened several complaints and nothing! I also email them asking for a refund and to cancel my order but of course I had no response, so I want to do everything I can against them and try to get my money back because this company is scan they are stealing money from people.
