We received a call from 1.800.223.9899. The "so called" agent attempted to collect all personal information for a medical bill. However, they would not supply website or physical address to research further. I asked for the website and physical address to confirm that the company was legit. I was put on hold for a long period of time, and no one ever came back to provide the information.
