I purchased a jacket online from the NapLounge Wear site on Dec 16. My paypal account was charged. According to the website prior to ordering, I was informed delivery would be 12 days. I sent an email to seller asking for a tracking #. All correspondences thereafter were on paypal site as the site was being shipped from China and did not arrive on time. I sent multiple emails stating the seller missed delivery date and should refund me my item as I needed it and it did not arrive on time as they promised. Also it was never indicated to me that product was shipping from another country. When product arrived, I immediately sent email to Paypal and seller stating I was returning product as it looks fake. Photos were sent where gray marks and fabric discoloration can be seen on the jacket. Seller indicated via email to ship package to a address in CA and provide tracking # which I did. I opened a dispute with paypal as this product was delivered late, the product quality was not what I paid for. Item was labeled wool but it felt like a mixed blend. Also, clothing tag on the inside of jacket was torn out. Paypal has closed my dispute and I have no refund.

Their customer service number is forwarded to a personal phone number and they do not actually sell anything to people, they scam them.
