I paid for birds to be shipped to my store and for almost a month they kept saying the flights wouldn't allow for it ( I had birds shipped from my other supplier in 2 days ) so I know that was a lie. He told me probably 10 times that they were being shipped and never were. I finally just asked for a refund after hounding them day in and day out and they sent a partial refund ( probably to pacify me ) and said the bank won't let them send more ( again more lies ). When I talked to him on the phone he continued to give that story that the bank won't let him and he would have a family member send it and still nothing. This has been going on for a month and a half now. It is a husband/wife or girlfriend and she is the one who takes the payments yet when you contact her she says she has nothing to do with it.
