applied to the job via indeed, they messaged me right away stating I got a job offer as a part time receptionist for a tech company based out of Montreal which seemed weird they wouldn't want an interview but i am over qualified for the position and only wanted it as a part time side Hussle so figured they liked what they saw on my resume so i emailed them back and they promptly gave me a job description, said i could work from home, my weekly salary. they provided a link to t their website which has a weird banner at the top which i clicked on and said it was an offshore web development company and the website changed from https://nanxingroup.ca/ to https://nanxingroup.ca/index-2.html which leads me to believe they just copied over a webpage with html. All in all, seems sketchy and too good t be true and googled the company name and scam reports popped up. Alas, emailed them back and told them to eff off and that i took their IP address and reporting to BBB...hopefully will scare them and they will shut down and not scam others but crappy people will always be crappy people and will probably just create a new one....just to conclude: i was never actually scammed but i know a scam when i see one and this is to warn others about this "nanxin" group
