I ordered a necklace from mynamenecklace a month ago. I still have not received an email about them shipping it out and I can’t track my product. Every time I email them I get the exact same automated email sent back to me. I would not recommend they stole my money and there’s absolutely no way to contact these people.

I bought a necklace January 10th, was told it could take up to a week to make and an extra 3 days due to shipping. I have yet to receive any info on my order, when I go to track it it give me the same info it did after the purchase. I paid $100 for this purchase and can’t even find a number to call for customer service.
